Greet your anxiety with positivity. Anxiety brings you energy and focus. “Thank you strong heartbeat, you’re going to help me apply myself fully today.”

Be in the present. Don’t be worrying about your score.

Nail the question in front of you.

Get yourself out of the way of your success.

If you’re not fearing failure, you’ll give yourself the space to succeed.
